Abstract
This project concerns two issues: One refers to the developmental model under capitalism. We want to explore if there is any other way to grow for those less developed areas. The other is a response to Herod’s argument against the ignorance of labor’s capability of taking part in reshaping the economic landscape. We intend to explore what dynamics are available for labor to fight against neo-liberalist capitalism. Our empirical study focuses upon the establishment of co-operatives in Hualian through the action theory.
